DESCRIPTION

EPAM is creating a new Legal and ERM business consulting team. Experienced business consultants are needed to enable and inspire cloud utilization and adoption. Roles exist in multiple geographies.

As a proven self-starter, you will be eager to work with some of the best engineers in the world and with a proven track record of providing legal and regulatory advice and expertise in one or more of the European Union, USA or APAC you will be keen to share and lead with your experience.

In this role you will be working directly with EPAM’s clients to enable them to reach new markets and/ or provide early warnings on regulatory constraints and risks such that clients can avoid unnecessary pitfalls. You will enjoy teamwork. Through teamwork, you will achieve results that continue to build EPAM’s award-winning reputation.

REQUIREMENTS

• Have a proven distinction as a cloud centric Legal and Regulatory advisor in any industry, demonstrating expertise aligned with current prominent themes such as Operational resilience, Rights Management, Environment Social Governance or Smart contract development OR you will be an expert in supply chain tax law and regulation relating to either EU or US jurisdictions. Additional priority will be given to those candidates with proven international expertise
• Degree level qualifications in Law or Regulatory subjects – minimum 2:1. A masters, GDL, or similar proven attainment in legal training is also accepted
• Industry certifications by a regulatory body
• Additional credit given to practicing law in any jurisdiction
• English fluency. Additional credit given to those speaking multiple languages
