We are looking for a hard-working, detail-oriented paralegal with a broad base of experience to join our small but growing legal team. The role:
- Draft, review and negotiate a variety of contracts and statements of work with guidance from other Legal team members.
- Support business teams on issues and inquiries arising from contracts and business arrangements.
- Collaborate with Customer Service colleagues to trouble shoot customer and related inquiries.
- Develop and maintain a contracts database, filing system and record retention policy.
- Manage state and international qualifications to do business.
- Oversee entity set up and subsidiary management.
- Prepare and implement corporate and compliance filings.
- Manage and oversee Terms of Use and Privacy Policy for all countries.
- Assist with management of global trademark portfolio and IP enforcement.
Assist with litigation related matters such as discovery requests and subpoena responses.
- Help the legal team stay on top of industry trends and best practices.
- Serve as driver for wide range of legal team projects and as legal team representative on company-wide initiatives.
- Assist with reviewing marketing copy for compliance.
- Assist with creation and implementation of global privacy initiatives.
- Assist with legal research.

Requirements
- Bachelor’s Degree and paralegal certificate preferred
- Prior experience in a law firm or corporate legal environment, preferably in the technology or consumer sectors.
- Relevant transactional experience, including comfort with contracts would be helpful.
