The Opportunity:
Datadog is looking for an experienced and versatile Senior Contracts Manager to join its expanding Legal team. - Support the ongoing development of negotiation playbooks to triage and process high-volume agreements.
- Support the implementation of contracting technology (tools such as CLM or AI assisted review)
- Respond to inquiries regarding terms in existing contracts and assist stakeholders in understanding contract provisions.
- Coordinate agreement and vendor reviews with the Privacy and Security teams to balance and monitor vendor risk.
- Initiate and participate in various projects and identify opportunities to support department and company goals and requirements.
You Are:

- Organized and process-driven, with both the ability to work independently with little guidance and an understanding of when matters need escalation within or outside of the Legal team
- Able to effectively communicate and collaborate cross-functionally across teams with an attitude that no job is too big or too small
- Flexible and eager to work in a fast-paced environment and meet tight deadlines
