Job description:

The primary purpose of this role is to manage and coordinate the submission and approval process for William Hill’s various Sports Betting and related technology solutions with various State and Tribal gaming regulators and to ensure adherence and compliance with all relevant gaming technology-related regulations.  The Product Compliance Manager will work alongside the Product Development Team and Business Operations to incorporate regulatory technical requirements for efficient approvals and compliant operations. 

 What You Will Do:

  • Work with Product Compliance Director and Product Development Team to prepare State, Tribal and independent test lab regulatory submissions
  • Manage technical submission process through completion
  • Manage documentation required to support all regulatory submissions
  • Maintain process to ensure only approved software versions are deployed into each regulated market
  • Work with Product Development and QA Team to ensure software solutions conform to regulatory requirements
  • Assist with reporting and maintaining regulatory relations for William Hill
  • Evaluate testing procedures to meet regulatory specifications where applicable
  • Consult with the Legal Department, as necessary, to understand regulatory requirements
  • Stay informed regarding pending industry changes, trends, and best practices and assess the potential impact of these changes

What You Will Need:

  • 5+ years of Gaming Experience  
  • Interpreting regulations and technical requirements
  • Engagement with State, Tribal and Independent Test Lab (GLI and BMM) regulatory personnel
  • Conducting technical compliance audits
  • Building relationships within all levels and disciplines both internal and external to the organization
