WHO ARE YOU

As a Manager on the Client Success team, you will lead a group of Client Success Managers and provide them with the necessary training and support to ensure the team hits their goals on a quarterly basis. We are looking for an exceptionally strong people manager who can help build the foundation for a fast growing team and serve as a key resource and partner to our internal teams and partners.

Responsibilities:

  • Design and refine standardized processes and playbooks across the CSM role
  • Create an enablement framework for the CSM role to ensure for success and consistency across all key areas of role
  • Track and analyze leading indicators of success for accounts and for CSMs (Ex. campaign performance, renewal, growth, integration levels, timeliness)
  • Partner with team leads across Client Success to manage and execute key strategic priorities
  • Serve as CS stakeholder and project lead for all Provider Solution and Finance & Operations efforts that impact clients or deliverables for Industry Solution clients
  • Serve as day-to-day manager and perform all requisite management responsibilities for a growing team and provide data-driven support and guidance 

The Ideal Candidate Has:

  • 10+ years of experience in healthcare or digital media

  • Deep experience with and passion for people management

  • Excellent oral and written communication and presentation skills.

  • Ambitious, self-starter who proactively thinks about opportunities and how to drive change

  • Be comfortable in ambiguous and rapidly evolving situations and should be a team player that strives to deliver personal and team goals

  • Experience in and/or comfort with a high growth start-up environment and its associated pace, rate of change and lack of rigidity around permission and oversight
