Responsibilities
- Conduct comprehensive market research mainly utilizing company's consumer research platform, using various methods such as surveys, interviews, product testings, focus groups.
- Operate and maintain the consumer research platform, ensuring its smooth functioning and optimal utilization.
- Analyze data to identify market trends, competitive landscape, and consumer preferences.
- Generate reports and presentations summarizing research findings and actionable insights for internal stakeholders.
- Utilize research data effectively to provide recommendations and support strategic decision-making processes.
- Manage project schedules to ensure timely execution and delivery of research outcomes.
- Communicate effectively with cross-functional teams to ensure alignment and collaboration on market research activities conducted on the platform.
- Collaborate with platform developers to communicate platform operation experiences, provide feedback, and facilitate maintenance work for continuous improvement.
- Analyze data resulting from research projects to identify market trends, consumer preferences, and competitive landscape.
- Stay updated on industry trends, emerging technologies, and best practices in market research methodologies.
- Uphold high standards of quality, accuracy, and integrity in all research activities and deliverables.
Candidate Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, Economics, or related field.
- 1~3 years experience in market research, project management, and platform operation.
- Familiarity with various research methodologies such as focus group interviews, consumer testing, and surveys.
- Strong analytical skills with proficiency in data analysis tools and techniques.
- Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to convey complex information effectively to diverse audiences.
- Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and prioritize tasks effectively.
- Experience in collaborating with cross-functional teams and stakeholders.
- Detail-oriented with a commitment to accuracy and quality in all aspects of work.
- Knowledge of consumer behavior, market dynamics, and competitive landscape.

The anticipated compensation range is
