About the Role

As a Marketing Analyst, you will be responsible for raising the bar for the quality of analysis and decision making on our Go-to-Market team. You will partner cross-functionally to identify opportunities to improve our funnel conversion rate, design experiments to test marketing initiatives, and build robust reporting to drive insights. 

You will report to the Marketing Analytics Manager. This role is a remote position and can be based anywhere in the continental United States. For candidates based in the NYC area, we are operating in a hybrid environment (Tuesdays & Thursdays in-office).

What You’ll Do

  • Own, iterate and improve upon our Go-to-Market experimentation in Eppo
  • Manage and enhance marketing data tables within our analytics codebase 
  • Define and analyze marketing metrics and KPIs, such as CAC, LTV and payback period
  • Serve as a thought partner to various marketing teams to find opportunities to fuel our growth strategy
  • Partner with Data Platform and peer Analytics teams to implement best-in-class analytical frameworks and testing structure across our data stack

What We’re Looking For 

  • 2-3 years of experience in a highly analytical role, ideally in marketing analytics at a D2C or SaaS company
  • Proficiency in SQL and Python
  • A demonstrated self-starter with strong communication and project management skills
  • Excitement about working in for a a high-paced, fast-changing start-up and willingness to roll up your sleeves to get foundational work done
  • Proficiency with dbt, Looker or data visualization tools is preferred

The starting base salary for this role in New York, California, and Washington is between $120,000-$142,000 + target equity + benefits. The base salary offered is dependent upon many factors including skills, experience, location, and education. The base pay range is subject to change and may be modified in the future.
