  • Support HPC's content distribution across all channels, including the Howden website, email marketing, LinkedIn, and trade publications, ensuring thought leadership and firm news reach the right audiences in a consistent, professional format

Sales Enablement & Business Development Support

  • Build and maintain a modular library of pitch decks, slides, templates, and competitive positioning materials that act as the foundation for tailored client and project deliverables

RFPs & Formal Proposals

  • Act as the central marketing resource for RFPs and formal proposals, coordinating inputs across stakeholders, and ensuring responses are accurate and professionally formatted on tight deadlines

Events, Conferences & Sponsorships

  • Lead preparation of event materials and branded collateral, support client and referral source event execution, and coordinate post-event follow-up outreach and deliverables

What are we looking for?

  • 4-10 years of experience in marketing or communications, preferably within insurance, financial services, professional services, legal, or a start-up environment

  • Proven experience owning and producing client‑facing marketing materials, including pitch decks, brochures, capability overviews, and proposal content

  • Strong ability to work with technical subject matter experts and translate complex concepts into clear, compelling marketing content

  • Advanced proficiency in PowerPoint, with a strong understanding of presentation structure, visual hierarchy, and modular content design; working knowledge of Adobe Creative Suite (or similar design tools) is a plus

  • Direct experience supporting sales enablement, proposals, and RFP responses, including coordinating input across multiple stakeholders

  • Comfortable managing updates to web content, bios, and digital marketing assets

  • Experience with email marketing platforms, campaign execution, distribution list management and the KPIs used to evaluate ROI from marketing spend

  • Highly organized and an ability to excel in an environment with multiple priorities and deadlines that can change quickly, requiring flexibility, sound judgment, and responsiveness

  • Exceptional attention to detail, particularly in client-facing materials where accuracy and precision directly reflect the firm's credibility

Compensation and Benefits

The expected base salary range for this role is $90,000-$140,000; actual base salary will be determined based on factors including candidate experience and work location. This role is classified as exempt under the Fair Labor Standards Act (FLSA).

In addition to a competitive base salary, employees are eligible to receive a discretionary bonus. Howden also offers a variety of benefits and programs, subject to eligibility, including:

  • Medical, dental, and vision insurance, including healthcare savings and reimbursement accounts

  • 401(k) retirement plan

  • Flexible Paid Time Off and paid parental leave

  • Life and Disability insurance
