We are seeking a Marketing Coordinator to support general marketing initiatives such as project management, email, direct mail, event promotion and reporting for all business units (New Business Sales, Retention Sales, Partnerships). The candidate will contribute to marketing campaigns and support various projects to drive brand engagement. This role is suited for a detail-oriented marketing professional with strong technical and coordination skills, ready to engage in both specialized email marketing and general marketing initiatives. 

Key Responsibilities:
  • ​​Utilize project management software to track progress, deadlines, update tasks, and ensure seamless communication amongst team members
  • Support the marketing team in executing campaigns across multiple channels, including email, digital, print, social media, and events
  • Set up, manage, test all email templates and journeys (newsletters, drip campaigns, one off emails, promotions, etc.)
  • Analyze email metrics and implement improvements based on results
  • Manage and coordinate content review process 
  • Responsible for sending and scheduling promotional SMS and text messages to support marketing initiatives, ensuring timely delivery and audience segmentation accuracy for all messaging campaigns
  • Assist in the planning and coordination of trade shows by updating promotional materials and scheduling pre- and post-event communications

Qualifications:

  • 3+ years of experience in a similar role supporting general marketing initiatives
  • Experience working in Salesforce Marketing Cloud or other ESP
  • Strong project management and communication skills
  • Experience in digital marketing platforms and tools
  • Ability to thrive in an agile work environment


Salary Range $60-70k/year
