Role and Responsibilities: The ABM Campaign Manager will be responsible for owning and executing Account Based Marketing initiatives for UiPath on a global scale. This role includes interfacing with account representatives from Demandbase and communicating with UiPath team members to drive a cohesive, best-in-class marketing strategy.

In this role, the ABM Campaign Manager will:

  • Develop an ABM strategy from the ground up, in accordance with best practices, company goals, and standard KPI measurements.
  • Collaborate with regional leads to share behavioral observations across initiatives, ensuring that the company’s ABM strategy is conducive to success across geographic locations.
  • Facilitate the creation of creative assets for ABM initiatives, following the proper channels for creative and content approval.
  • Architect a tactical, multi-touch demand generation strategy to foster customer relationships.
  • Communicate with Demandbase, Marketing Ops, the Performance Marketing lead, and the Sales team to gain actionable insights for audience segmentation and messaging personalization, and to determine the best methods for testing and campaign optimization.
  • Ensure that Demandbase integrations are appropriately passing through performance data by working with the Analytics & Insights lead.
  • Execute campaigns in accordance with brand guidelines, while meeting timelines for execution, and operating to a high standard for performance expectations.

Required Experience:

  • Hands-on management of Demandbase ABM campaigns within the tech industry, with a demonstrated ability to achieve goals and yield results.
  • A demonstrable understanding of cause and effect with respect to business metrics, and proven management of budgets on a large scale.
  • A history of communicating the complexities of ABM strategy to key stakeholders in a digestible manner, speaking to data-driven recommendations.
  • Performance in a role that requires an ability to multitask, meeting deadlines and operating at a high standard, even when there are competing priorities.
  •  A record of collaborating with team leaders across other marketing mediums to execute a comprehensive strategy across initiatives.
  • A working knowledge of Salesforce, marketing automation platforms, and Google Analytics integrations with Demandbase.
  • Exposure to technical implementation of conversion tracking, with a high-level understanding of the moving parts.
  • Knowledge of UX and best practices for multivariate testing, with the ability to provide actionable insights into audience behaviors.

Preferred Experience:

  • Exposure to content management systems, with preferential treatment given toward WordPress.
  • Experience with statistical analysis of marketing initiatives, or a history of collaboration with data scientists for statistical analysis.
  • A history of managing other paid digital marketing initiatives, such as search or social.
  • Previous exposure to the competitive landscape for Robotic Process Automation (RPA) within the digital marketing space.
  • A history of communicating with marketing teams and vendors to translate ads into several different languages and regional dialects, while preserving the core message.
  • Experience working with teams in different time zones.
