WHAT YOU’LL BE DOING:

  • Supporting channel managers and agencies across Noom’s Digital (Facebook, Search, Pinterest, etc) and Offline (TV, Audio, Direct Mail) acquisition efforts
  • Providing technical, creative, and analytical support on marketing forecasting, channel management, and team meetings
  • Gaining exposure to Noom’s advanced analytical tools and channel management processes
  • Ensuring smooth operations and flow of Acquisition Team meetings
  • Identifying opportunities to optimize operations across channels
  • Generating insights and sharing learnings across channels
  • Analyzing and adapting efforts to ever-changing market trends
  • Reporting to and working closely with the Director of Growth Marketing, who oversees a >$25M (and growing) quarterly advertising budget 

WHAT WE’RE LOOKING FOR:

  • Bachelor’s Degree with excellent academic background
  • Incredible attention to detail

  • Fast learner with excellent problem-solving skills
  • Excitement for startup, subscription eCommerce, health, and/or Acquisition space
