Job Description

Are you BOLD, creative, and experienced in the Marketing world? Does the idea of defining and executing a world-class brand and marketing strategy put a smile on your face? Do you want to build a brand which emotionally amplifies and connect consumers with digital products? 

This role is instrumental in shaping our US expansion. Getting into the business at such an early stage allows the individual to shape the brand and marketing foundations as they see fit, this role will be at the forefront of the organization and as such key in setting the culture, developing the core team and planning a successful launch of the sportsbook brand in the USA. The role is responsible for setting the short and the long term vision, strategy and focus on brand positioning, and is instrumental in managing the ecosystem of marketing external suppliers and agencies.

As the senior manager, you must be highly result-focused and data-driven. 

This role will be reporting to the Managing Director and act as support to the management team and the line managers of the organisation.

Your playing field:

Will consist of…

• Planning the product launch and development of the go-to market strategy, identifying and secure growth and partnership opportunities.
• Building, driving and coaching the marketing team to effectively scale along with the growth of the company.
• Creating and executing marketing campiagns across all acquisition channels.
• Deliver best in class service across verticals: Brand, Affiliation, Creative, Media, and Acquisition.
• Partnering with our Retention, Compliance, and Product & Technology teams in order to effectively implement new initiatives to the product, brand and customer experience.
• Ensuring strong data analytics are utilized to support and develop new acquisition and partnership opportunities.
• Keeping up to date with new and emerging markets and developing online marketing strategies for USA market entry.

Qualifications

Which skills should you bring to the pitch:

Most important thing is that you are courages enough to develop a bold strategy and confident enough to execute it! 

• A Bachelor's degree in a related field of study.
• A minimum of 5+ years’ experience in a variety of Marketing roles.
• Experience leading and high performing teams and cultivating collaborative partnerships with various individuals across the organization.
• Extensive experience designing mobile and performance marketing campaigns.
• Excellent negotiation, communications and relationship building skills with both internal and external stakeholders.
• You are a strategic decision-maker wit a strong interest in Sports or Casino products.
• Experience working with modern media platforms: i.e. dmp, dsp.
• Flexible to travel within and outside the US
