About the role

We’re looking for a versatile Affiliate Marketing Manager to join the acquisition team to lead our programmatic marketing campaigns. The ideal candidate has experience spending 7-figures acquiring users across platforms and is well-versed in reporting tools.

What you'll do

  • Develop overall strategy for the FanDuel Partners program for our fantasy and sportsbook products
  • Manage and support key strategic partners and affiliates in customer acquisition for FanDuel
  • Act as the main contact for new and existing partnerships and build strong relationships for long-term success
  • Plan and optimize evergreen and tentpole affiliate campaigns
  • Collaborate independently across partner organizations (strategy, creative, analytics) to drive innovative and impactful performance media marketing
  • Oversee operations and development of FanDuel Partners Program, including internal and external comms
  • Analyze results of affiliate campaigns to maximize efficiency, revenue generated and number of new customers acquired
  • Monitor competitive and affiliate industry activity in order to identify new trends and best practices

Who we're looking for

  • A track record working in acquisition for a consumer-facing app or website
  • At least three years of relevant experience in an account management / affiliate / partnership role
  • Strong knowledge of the digital and mobile marketing landscape, with a focus on the auction models and bidding strategies across all major platforms
  • Familiarity negotiating favorable rates and deal structures with advertising partners
  • Solid understanding of marketing testing and reporting methodology
  • Ability to succinctly communicate both verbally and in writing, and provide clear direction on projects
  • Ability to interface with a wide range of internal teams
  • Advanced Excel skills required
  • Meticulous attention to detail
