You will work on the team that oversees all of the Compass National advertising planning and buying. You will manage the process across the country reporting to the Senior Marketing Manager and collaborating closely with the Media Analyst. You will define the secret sauce for Compass across print, digital, and out-of-home channels in order to deliver Compass a competitive advantage vs our competitors while building a system to leverage this competitive advantage Globally.

You will work closely with the Expansion and Business Development teams in order to determine the most impactful launch strategy to introduce the Compass brand. You will build a unique plan and budget for each major market and submarket and track the performance to improve each time. You will work very closely with the design and creative team to ensure we have a consistent message across each channel and are reaching the right demographic in every market.

You will partner closely with an accomplished network of Regional Marketing Leaders, GMs and Sales Managers to ensure that all of our offices are providing insights among each other to help inform our National strategy and provide the optimal solution for future growth and service delivery. As a key partner to the creative studio you will collaborate with the Creative Directors and Production team to assure that our brand is brought to life in the most consistent and scalable way that adheres to our principles.

You will be the go-to media source for NYC, servicing agents and their listings.

Responsibilities

  • Support the management of the annual National advertising calendar, including the international, National, and Regional opportunities
  • Ensure all opportunities are maximized, tracked and briefed
  • Create media plan for new launch markets across all channels researching key print, digital, and OOH placements and sharing them with Senior Marketing Manager, Advertising
  • Work with Senior Marketing Manager to determine the adequate spend and strategy for expansion advertising plans and create proposals for the Expansion team with the right mix of production, print, digital, OOH, listings, events and more
  • Partner with the Advertising Analyst to track impressions and reach for every channel in across our marketing including expansion
  • Assist Senior Marketing Manager in vendor and placement research, maintaining relationships across the country
  • Create briefs around the media plan that appropriately inform the design and creative team of how to best reach the target demographic
  • Work with each Regional Marketing Lead to ensure all regions align with strategy, budget, answer all questions and inform Senior Marketing Manager
  • Negotiate rates and build relationships with advertising vendors and inform National Advertising and Media Analyst of cost savings
  • Constantly evaluate incoming media opportunities and how it fits into the framework- ensure strategy is best in class and generates savings for Compass
  • Educate, train, and support Advertising Coordinators across the country
  • Develop, track, and propose new Compass brand campaigns which includes producing, buying and executing in partnership with the Production department and Creative Studio
  • Bring new ideas to the table and how we can be on the forefront of the luxury market making an impact in each region
  • Work with local Marketing Associates to manage, review, share, produce, and submit all listing advertising
  • Serve as the “go-to” source for the NYC market on paid media
  • Track and actualize the spend each month in your region with the NYC Regional Marketing lead for listing ads
  • Research Compass Quarterly distribution channels to find unique applications
  • Promote Compass Quarterly in Marketing Center and track the purchases applied to agent marketing budgets
  • Review and finalize all agent listing ads, successfully obtain agent sign off and submit final creative (mindful of timelines and production schedule)
  • Create and/or execute advertorial opportunities then share findings with other regional MA/Advertising Specialists to help guide their activation
  • Assist in managing the production budget across all markets, overseeing the production team to ensure the spend stays within the allocated amount
  • Serve as the on the ground product team lead, developing media plans around the new product launches ensuring it reaches the audience with the right message
  • Drive the boutique promotion and sales across all offices with Media Analyst
  • Work with events team to allocate and brainstorm promotional opportunities at events
