What You'll Be Doing:

  • Supporting channel managers and media agencies across Noom’s linear (TV, Audio, Podcast, Direct Mail) acquisition efforts ($200M+ annual spend), including technical, creative and analytical support
  • Analyzing campaign data to uncover impactful insights & make recommendations on future marketing strategy
  • Collaborating with the channel and brand managers to plan, execute and implement creative tests across channels
  • Implementing new processes to help build a world class acquisition marketing organization
  • Gaining exposure to Noom’s advanced analytical tools and channel management processes
  • Sharing key takeaways and insights with the Acquisition Team and senior leadership

What We're Looking For:

  • 2+ years of experience in analyst / associate roles in marketing (in-house user acquisition or media agencies), investment banking, management consulting, or other relevant roles
  • Incredible attention to detail and the ability to catch and prevent errors across numerous projects
  • Expert with Excel functions (V-lookup and Pivot Tables a must)
  • Analytical mindset with strong prioritization skills
  • Excitement for startup, subscription eCommerce, health, and/or Acquisition space
  • Preferred: Experience evaluating and optimizing toward standard user acquisition KPIs (CAC, ROAS, conversion rate, etc.)
  • Preferred: Experience running direct response marketing campaigns
  • Preferred: Experience running or working on surveys
