The Grubhub Restaurant Marketing team is looking for a B2B Marketing Associate, Content to focus on top-of-funnel activities to enhance content distribution strategies, increase traffic, and drive acquisition. You'll work with stakeholders across the organization to activate new channels and partnerships that drive awareness for our brand, establish Grubhub for Restaurants as an industry thought leader, and increase lead generation through partner marketing campaigns.
Reporting directly to the Sr. Associate of Content Marketing, this role takes our content and partnership marketing a step further by leveraging a myriad of channels that amplify our voice and ensure organic growth.
The Impact You Will Make
- Help execute end-to-end content strategy managing distribution and syndication of internally-produced B2B content
- Work cross-functionally with performance marketing to amplify content through paid and owned channels
- Own relationships with reputable industry publications to secure ad placements and promotions that increase the visibility of the team's content
- Generate net new content opportunities through industry partners-such as webinars, livestream video, industry studies, and social media-to engage prospective restaurant partners
- Discover net new opportunities for guest-blogging, content-sharing, backlinking, and lead generation with industry partners as well as distribution of B2B content
- Work with Grubhub Partnership team(s) to establish emulatable partnership marketing programs and attribute to overall lead growth
- Partner closely with Grubhub's Brand team to drive awareness and explore new programs that create brand activations for the B2B business, e.g. influencer marketing and affiliate marketing
- Build a healthy pipeline of MQLs by working cross-departmentally to optimize lead nurture campaigns, programmatic emails, and monthly newsletter(s) leveraging new content
- Align with internal PR team to ensure media coverage and critical messaging of pertinent initiatives
What You Bring to the Table
- 2+ years of experience in content marketing, brand marketing, partnership marketing, or relationship management
- Experience distributing content on digital channels like industry publications, organic social media, email campaigns, or paid channels
- Experience with lead generation campaigns
- Experience with top-of-funnel digital activities that contribute to traffic-to-lead conversion
- Able to communicate effectively with stakeholders across Marketing and Restaurant Network teams
- Cross-functional project management skills
- Comfortable building relationships with strategic partners
- Exceptional communication and cross-functional collaboration skills

- Previous experience within the restaurant industry
- HTML + CSS
- Experience with email marketing or a marketing automation tool (Braze, Pardot, Hubspot)
- 2+ years of experience in content marketing, brand marketing, partnership marketing, or relationship management

COVID-19 Response.
- Vaccination Requirement: Grubhub employees are required to be fully vaccinated, and must be able to show proof of full-Covid-19 vaccination, and booster if eligible, prior to starting employment. Fully vaccinated is defined as: "2 weeks have passed since your second dose in a 2-dose series, such as the Pfizer or Moderna vaccines, or 2 weeks after a single-dose vaccine, such as Johnson & Johnson's vaccine."
