Associate Manager, Integrated Media (Bike)
THE ROLE
Peloton is looking for a passionate and talented Associate Manager to join its Bike acquisition marketing team. Reporting to the Senior Manager of Integrated Media, this role will support Bike acquisition campaigns in the U.S. across a variety of channels, including TV, OTT, Radio, Streaming Audio, Podcast, and Direct Mail, and will work closely with external agency partners and cross-functional partners across Marketing (including Media & Lifecycle, Product & Brand Marketing, Creative, Analytics, and Insights). This role is based in Peloton’s New York office.
RESPONSIBILITIES
- Support media planning for U.S. Bike activity spanning seasonal messaging and key initiatives
- Experience developing campaign briefs and media mix/flighting
- Comfortable presenting to agencies and internal partner teams
- Ability to project manage campaigns from inception through to execution and ensure teammates and agencies meet key milestones and campaigns launch on time
- Own campaign execution and reporting in accordance with marketing campaign process
- Liaise with internal and external cross-functional teams
- Provide input and feedback on campaign creative that adheres to channel best practices and aligns with campaign objectives
- Analyze data from ongoing media campaigns, pull out actionable insights, and optimize effectively in real time to drive business performance
- Day-to-day support on media testing roadmap and operational tasks
QUALIFICATIONS
- 3-5 years of marketing or media experience
- Analytical mindset with ability to identify data-driven insights and drive results
- Excellent project management skills with impeccable attention to detail, bias for action, and organization
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills - must be a self starter
- High level of proficiency in Google Suite; Looker experience a bonus
- Comfortable operating independently in a fast-paced environment; must be adaptable and willing to take on additional responsibilities as necessary
- DTC business experience a plus
- Passionate about media and eager to learn
