Associate Product Manager, Messaging Channels

Fluent is looking for an energetic, experienced, and capable quantitative Analyst. The role is ideal for someone who enjoys finding trends in large datasets. You will have the opportunity to make an immediate impact on the business, adding revenue and profits to our fast-growing business. You will be challenged to evolve the dialog with our customers from the beginning to the end of the customer lifecycle through multiple messaging channels.

The APM, Messaging Channels will work closely to with our product management, business insights, technology, and executive team to accelerate the growth of our retention and CRM strategies.
Responsibilities Include
- Take responsibility for marketing campaign design, management, execution & optimization for SMS, Push Notification and Email messaging channels
- Analyze performance metrics to drive growth in revenue, profit, and LTV
- Analyze large data sets for trend analysis, competitor analysis, market positioning analysis, and user behavior analysis
- Design multiple variant experiments to improve performance
- Help drive strategic thinking about how to evolve current programs, discover
new marketing opportunities and develop marketing automation enhancements
- Working closely with product management team to identify new functionality to accelerate strategic testing, and improve audience LTV
- Work closely with our analytics and technology team to integrate new technologies, business logic and statistically models
Requirements
- 2+ years experience in CRM marketing
- Degree in Statistics, Mathematics, Economics, Finance, Computer Science, related field OR demonstrated analytical and technical ability
- You have strong data analysis skills and an understanding of statistics
- Experience working with product management team (preferred)
- Entrepreneurial and excited about using data to take action
- You might know a programming language – Python, Ruby, R, etc. (a plus!)
