    About the Job: Do you have experience developing content strategies to showcase expertise and thought leadership in a competitive market? Are you able to identify industry trends and determine how to develop a story to talk about the trend while weaving in a product, service, or expertise?

     

    Experiture is looking for an experienced B2B Content Strategist to plan and execute thought leadership marketing strategies and initiatives to build awareness. You will have the opportunity to work on a lean corporate team of experienced professionals with ample opportunities for leadership development, and career growth.
     

    As a Content Strategist you will be responsible for content strategy and planning and will take the lead in building content calendars to unify, coordinate, and advance Experiture’s strategy across all marketing initiatives

    Responsibilities:

    • Drive awareness for Experiture by writing and editing engaging, high-quality copy with the ability to adapt to varying personas, industries, and content formats (e.g. blog content, white papers, landing pages, web, social media, etc.).
    • Listen to industry trends, partner needs, content metrics and online conversation to map out, evolve, and optimize content topics.
    • Collaborate and coordinate with sales and business teams to determine needs for thought-leadership and plan and execute campaigns that include lead generation, digital marketing, conference participation, and collateral creation.
    • Track content KPIS and analyze content performance against marketing goals to help inform and optimize content strategy.
    • Ensure all content promotion activities are coordinated across channels including social and email.
    • In partnership with design team, create video scripts, data viz and other content offerings targeting marketing professionals that drive conversions, retention, and engagement
    • Develop and execute a marketing strategy for each of Experiture’s major industry verticals (such as finance, gaming, automotive etc.) based largely on content
    • Create and adhere to an editorial calendar and consistent publishing schedule
    • Develop editorial governance so content is consistent with our brand voice, style and tone

     

    Minimum Requirements:

  • 6+ years marketing or journalism experience, and a Bachelors in English, Journalism, Marketing or a related field
  • You are an ideas person with a creative mindset, and a brand storyteller at heart
  • You have excellent writing, communication, and presentation skills with an ability to simplify messaging and tell a compelling and engaging story
  • You nerd out about grammar, have an opinion about the Oxford comma, and know how important consistent and compelling content is to an overall marketing strategy
  • Must have strong organizational skills and the ability to manage multiple projects at once in a fast-paced, always-on environment
  • Possess ability to communicate brand messaging through content, a design sensibility to envision how content will be presented
  • You are adaptable to change and accept ownership for evolving content marketing needs
  • Detail oriented self-starter with the ability to work independently to meet deadlines - you’re comfortable switching back and forth between strategic and editorial thinking
  • Extra Credit: Previous experience with content marketing and inbound marketing concepts, including buyer personas, content journey maps, campaign development, and SEO
