Our Role:
Yieldstreet is seeking a highly motivated and creative marketing professional to support channel and firm-specific marketing initiatives. This position reports to the Director of Product Marketing and is responsible for developing marketing materials and campaigns to support both the investment originations team and the high net worth investor relation team. This position requires close collaboration with internal functional areas including Investor Relations, Investment Originations, Product Marketing, Digital Marketing, Design, and legal/compliance staff, in order to see initiatives through to completion.
What you'll do:
- Collaborate with sales (originations) teams to deeply understand selling processes and account for nuances, identify lead generation opportunities, and serve as the voice of the intermediary to the broader marketing organization.
- Engage with partner firms to understand objectives and investment themes and identify marketing opportunities.
- Manage multi-faceted, integrated marketing campaigns from end to end, including campaign and journey development, content creation, event sponsorship, campaign execution, and measurement
- Analyze campaign metrics on an ongoing basis to determine campaign success and provide insights based on data and feedback on how to improve future campaigns
- Develop and manage firm-specific content, materials, communications, and events
- Lead channel marketing activities in an effort to help drive sales activity (i.e. emails, presentations, etc.)
- Establish and maintain relationships with Investment Originations and Investor Relations, and transform business partners’ objectives into effective deliverables.
- Manage the inventory of firm-specific literature to ensure compliance requirements are met, data is current, and messaging is relevant
- Perform all aspects of marketing compliance review and firm approval process
- Conduct ongoing competitive research on topics key competitors are focused on and where they are being featured
What you'll need:
- 5+ years of B2B marketing and/or channel marketing experience in financial services or FAANGs
- Strong written and oral communication skills
- General understanding of asset classes, alternative investments, and real estate
- CFA and/or MBA Preferred
- Proficient in Microsoft PowerPoint, Word and Excel
- Experience with Salesforce or other CRM systems preferred
- Strong ability to prioritize and lead multiple projects at a time under tight deadlines
- Demonstrated success in collaborating across functional teams, building strong relationships with business partners and designing creative solutions
- Consistently exhibit strong attention to detail
