We’re looking for an amazing field marketer to help dream big and build out our B2B program. Are you smart, ambitious, self-starter who can balance strategic thinking with tactical execution? Do you have experience in the world of B2B marketing and enjoy collaborating with sales to create campaigns, RFP’s and creative marketing strategies to stand out from the competition? Will you thrive in creating events from exclusive dinners to trade shows to help strengthen relationships throughout the pipeline? And most importantly can you adapt to change, be proactive and a fun team player.

What You'll Do:

  • Work collaboratively with the enterprise sales team on RFP creation to excite and delight customers
  • Manage account-based marketing activities, in partnership with sales, including: identifying target accounts, developing strategy, executing campaigns with the support of cross-functional teams
  • Co-create custom decks and sales support material for some of the largest retailers in the country 
  • Conduct post-campaign evaluations and ROI analysis; report and share results and recommendations with sales team and marketing teams
  • Partner closely with our BDR and sales teams to ensure strong marketing and sales alignment for all our programs from the get-go
  • Develop creative direct mail campaigns from idea to execution and tracking, to create a highly effective and personalized approach for strategic accounts
  • Strategize, build and execute integrated field campaigns that involve email marketing, direct mail marketing, and other channels as you see fit
  • Continually measure, monitor, and drive improvement in program approaches; employ industry best practices and look for opportunities to increase the effectiveness and efficiency of the ABM program
  • Work with content and creative teams to develop content distribution plans across marketing channels that lead to opportunity creation and pipeline acceleration (social, paid ads, content syndication, display, web, and email)

About You:

  • You are creative, innovative, and always think outside the box
  • Highly organized and proficient at managing multiple projects at a time
  • Strong analytical skills and a fanatical obsession with achieving pipeline growth
  • Excellent track record of driving highly integrated omnichannel marketing programs
  • High attention to detail
  • Bachelor’s in marketing or related discipline
  • 3+ years of related marketing experience, ideally in field marketing, events, ABM or general B2B marketing. 
  • Proven experience carrying out marketing efforts, including planning, prioritizing, and implementing strategy
  • Experience partnering with a sales team
  • Strong communication skills – written and oral
  • You are entrepreneurial and work well in a rapidly changing environment
  • Confident with a dynamic personality

You Should Have:

  • Proven track record of planning and executing integrated marketing campaigns
  • Excellent project, analytical and budget management skills
  • Worked both strategically and in hands-on fashion
  • Deep understanding of sales, the sales process, sales cycles and knows how to do account planning
  • Familiarity aligning integrated marketing campaigns to a sales cycle and how to employ marketing communication strategies to nurture leads, drive adoption, and accelerate growth
  • Excels at communicating cross-functionally, across marketing, sales and with senior management
  • Data driven, can dive into metrics, understand KPIs and report on success
  • Experience working in fast paced work environments, managing multiple projects simultaneously

How do you collaborate with other teams in the company?

Whenever a merchant flags there is an issue we are quick to diagnose and release a fix. I work closely with our Merchant ops engineering team to track a trend and share the scale of the issue with developers. We then work together on what the quickest fix will be by sharing what the real needs are of the merchant.

I joined as an early engineer in July 2018. I have worked on all aspects of the platform from merchant integrations, back-end microservices, and front-end applications. I'm now leading a team of engineers as we try to usher in new tools and features for our merchants, improve our customer's online experience, and scale a system to the next level.

The Customer Squad is responsible for the mobile experience. We strive to keep customers delighted and engaged by continuously delivering value. Because of restrictive guidelines we cannot approve everyone to use the product. We are currently looking for ways to improve the approval process so that everyone has an opportunity to use the app.
