ClassPass is seeking a Sr. Manager - Consumer Brand Marketing who is creative, data-driven and results-oriented. The ideal candidate is collaborative and a strong communicator responsible for developing multi-quarter strategies to grow the ClassPass business through increasing awareness and consideration of the ClassPass brand.
Responsibilities
- Plan: Develop the long-term consumer brand marketing strategy for ClassPass identifying the largest areas of opportunity and focus
- Manage: Partner with the external agencies needed to achieve our objectives while ensuring quality, efficiency, and accountability
- Build: Develop and launch the campaigns needed to grow awareness and consideration of ClassPass throughout new and existing markets
- Tracking & Reporting: Own the measurement and reporting across key brand metrics
- Testing: Develop feedback loops with current and prospective customer to deliver better solutions
- Technology & Innovation: Ensure the implementation of the right tools to support continued increases to brand health.
Requirements:
- 5 -10+ years experience working in brand marketing or product marketing strategy for an established consumer product
- Detailed understanding of brand measurement techniques, positioning strategies, and go to market plans
- Experience effectively managing multiple agencies and vendors
- Impeccable project management skills
- Experience or aptitude for leading cross-functional teams to results
- Enthusiastic self-starter with a willingness to be both strategic and hands-on
- Flexible team player comfortable with a fast-paced, evolving environment
