Whether it’s scheduling a doctor’s appointment, chatting with a nurse about a sore throat, or seeing a provider through video appointment, patients are immediately connected with a nurse that can navigate them to the most clinically-appropriate and lowest-cost care. Since 2014, Pager has helped thousands of patients manage their healthcare needs more seamlessly.

Opportunity

Pager is seeking a Enterprise Brand Ambassador for our on-site Enterprise Events. Enterprise Events are an integral part of successfully launching the Pager app to new patient populations. These events aim to engage, educate, and excite new patients about Pager. The Enterprise Brand Ambassador is responsible for ensuring that patients have the best customer service experience. They will greet patients, help with app registration and download, demonstrate live demos, answer FAQ’s and assist in technological troubleshooting.

Responsibilities

  • Act as the “Face of Pager” by engaging new patient populations
  • Promote Pagers services by educating patients about our app
  • Assist with app download and registration, perform live demos, and answer FAQ’s
  • Pack event supplies, count inventory, booth setup and breakdown
  • Troubleshoot technological and customer service issues at events

Required Qualifications

  • Ability to travel in Tri-State area
  • High school diploma or GED
  • 1+ years of customer service experience
  • Customer service and interpersonal skills
  • Multitasking and organizational skills
  • Ability to navigate and troubleshoot modern technology (iPhones and Androids)
  • Ability to learn quickly and remain flexible in a constantly changing environment

  • Ability to grasp new concepts quickly and effectively
  • Tech-savvy
