Responsibilities:
- Oversee a multi million dollar brand awareness budget
- Elevate and standardize the brand’s aesthetic and voice across all channels (website, instagram, email scripts, ads, employee welcome books)
- Lead visual redesign of our brand assets together with in-house design team and third-party creative agencies
- Work with the Executive team in setting the long term vision for the brand’s look/voice across all channels, and contribute to a full brand toolkit for all internal/external stakeholders to leverage.
- Lead and direct key projects and select initiatives
- Help build a freelance network of creative partners, as needed
- Lead marketing campaigns to drive brand awareness in our cities of presence for both homeowners and members
- Oversee photo shoots and video shoots to ensure creative excellence in visual content and alignment with approved creative direction for various digital channels.
- Manage multiple initiatives and team members at once, continuously balancing impact and effort to maximize the creative output of your team.
- Facilitate productive brainstorms and constructive critique; encourage innovation by creating a safe-to-fail culture, where all team members embrace an iterative creative process.
- Develop holistic 360 campaign from concept to delivery. This includes moving and still imagery for advertising, media, social and collateral
- Superb understanding of social intelligence tools (e.g. social listening, audience profiling).
- Work closely with VP/Growth Strategy Director & Client Teams to integrate Brand Culture offering and support the selling, managing and delivery of Brand Culture services
- Manage the US Marketing budget to ensure maximum return on spend and brand objectives
- Conduct market analysis to identify challenges and opportunities for growth

 

Who you are:
- 5+ years experience at a creative agency or progressive direct to consumer brand
- 3+ years experience in a Senior Manager, VP, Marketing Director role
- A strong, dynamic portfolio that showcases a large breadth of work from television to print to site to social to in-store.
- A collaborative nature, aptitude for bringing people together, a strong work ethic, the ability to manage multiple projects at once, and well-honed communication/presentation skills.
- Familiarity and passion for entrepreneurial and fast-paced work/creative environments
- An approachable style, and hopefully, a great sense of humor!
- Customer-obsessed—you understand our customer and how to speak to them at every point of the marketing funnel
- Published admirable campaign designs for widely-loved brands
- Portfolio of digital marketing and communications work demonstrating taste and aesthetic, process, thoughtfulness, and digital communications fluency; social, emails, mobile and desktop web
