Brand Manager

The Brand Manager will be a “project champion” on an innovative team of content creators, producers, product managers and analysts to support media brands for Fluent and develop new ideas into content marketing machines. S/he will have the foresight into new creative direction on new content, ads and community management while also maintaining strong reporting and analytics focus. The Brand Manager will have agency or publisher experience managing a client portfolio. Experience with branding, start-up business and content marketing monetization is ideal.
Responsibilities :
- Brand, Content & Community Management for Fluent’s newest loyalty rewards web and mobile app brand!
- Build from the ground up a brand strategy to support new member growth.
- Create customer success strategies to support our brand. Listen, engage and respond to our member’s inbound inquiries.
- Implement customer response strategies to quickly and effectively communicate with our members to support retention and customer satisfaction.
- Grow our audience. Create and implement strategies to increase our subscribers across social media channels. Specific focus on Facebook and Snapchat.
- Brand management. Develop strategies to build a strong rating and measured response time in online review communities. Facebook, Google, etc.
- Create and syndicate new content for our social media communities
- Partner with leadership and our product development team to aggressively grow our new brand!
Requirements
- Highly creative, with proven fluency (2-4 years) in copywriting, video development, creative strategy, social media, or other related fields.
- 3-5 years of experience working inside of full-service agencies, preferably leading content marketing or production teams.
- Demonstrated success in making decisions based on data; while creativity is key – a strong understanding of media buying and digital advertising reporting is imperative.
- Significant experience with social media management platforms and reporting software as well as a strong understanding of platforms in the space.
- WordPress experience Required
