We’re looking for a highly strategic, motivated and action-oriented marketer to join the team. This Brand Manager will be working in a fast paced, creative environment and will have an opportunity to leave a mark on a rapidly growing brand. His/Her primary responsibilities will include supporting the Director of Brand Marketing on brand strategy and brand awareness campaign strategy owning the execution of campaigns, managing creative development, execution, measurement and optimizations of all supporting activations (e.g., TV, Radio, OOH, Social, Display, Email).

Additionally, his/her job will be to help ensure communications across all channels, both online and offline for brand, and delivering across objectives (brand, performance, and retention) are consistent with the overall brand system and driving our core business goals. This is a highly collaborative role and the Brand Manager will work closely with all other Marketing functions (PR, Creative, Content, Creative, Insights, Performance and Retention) and cross-functionally across the organization with all teams (Meal/Product Development, Digital Product, Retail, Operations, Finance).

Responsibilities:

  • Partner with Director of Brand Marketing to develop brand strategy and marketing plans/calendar.
  • Develop and help oversee execution and measurement of breakthrough integrated marketing campaigns for new product launches and core product portfolio to increase brand awareness, drive new customer acquisition and support retention goals. 
  • Lead media planning for all brand awareness campaigns.
  • Project manage brand marketing campaigns end to end, continually pitching in to help execute.
  • Serve as brand lead on packaging experience. 
  • Identify actionable consumer insights, competitive analysis and category trends.
  • Manage key agency and external vendor relationships.
  • Manage marketing budget. 

About You:

  • Bachelor’s degree and 5+ years experience in Brand Marketing. 
  • Previous Media or DTC background preferred. 
  • Previous experience in CPG/Food desired.
  • Experience in omni-channel and/or integrated planning. A track record of using various inputs to develop insight-driven strategies and drive actionable next steps 
  • The ability to identify brand and marketing strategies to support business needs and clear understanding of different marketing levers (brand, performance, retention) 
  • Strong collaborator who demonstrates ability to work across multiple teams and personalities to drive towards a common goal.
  • Results oriented manager with exceptional project management skills and strong sense of urgency, attention to detail and ability to meet deadlines.
  • Able to develop and implement frameworks for strategic thinking to extract key learnings, identify implications and effectively build roadmap.
  • Demonstrates a strong desire to flourish in fast-paced environment with an entrepreneurial spirit and has a passion for marketing, food, health & wellness!
