ABOUT THE ROLE:

Resy is seeking an experienced Brand Manager, Email Marketing to join its team in New York. The ideal candidate is a creative thinker and a skilled writer, with a proven track record of brand-building, with a passion for restaurants. You will work within the Content team, contributing to Resy’s content marketing initiatives and driving user engagement through email. You will report to the Director of Brand and Content and collaborate closely with colleagues and stakeholders in Marketing, Product, and Accounts. 

WHAT YOU'LL DO: 

• Develop Resy’s email marketing strategy & roadmap, define performance milestones, and oversee the execution of all brand-led email campaigns designed to drive acquisition and retention.
• Craft and maintain the Resy brand voice throughout marketing touchpoints, including content on Resy.com, brand-led campaigns and events, and within the Resy product. 
• Brainstorm and pitch editorial and brand packages, to be distributed over Resy’s email marketing channel, to drive business KPIs. 
• Manage creation and execution of email marketing campaigns to deliver against business goals.
• Analyze and report on data related to email marketing performance. Iterate, A/B test, and modify campaigns to improve KPIs. 
• Collaborate with internal stakeholders as well as external partners to understand consumer behavior and identify insights to leverage within the email marketing channel.
• Work with the junior copywriter to ensure workflow addresses both department and business KPIs and that copy is on-brand and accurate. 

WHO YOU ARE: 

• You have 3-5 years of full-time, editorial or brand email marketing experience.
• You possess a deep knowledge of restaurants and chefs, and have a passion for discovering and experiencing restaurants.
• A highly organized individual, with a keen attention to detail, and nimble team player. 
• You are a skilled communicator and can synthesize feedback and delegate tasks with ease
• You an exceptional writer with perfect grammar and a track record of honing brand voice
• You excel at time management and thrive in a fast-paced environment
• You are thoughtful, proactive, imaginative, and collaborative
