Business Marketing Manager, Agency Marketing

With functions spanning global business and consumer marketing, consumer insights, creative, brand marketing, and marketing operations, the team enables and activates marketing initiatives across the entire Snap Inc. ecosystem.
We’re looking for a Business Marketing Manager, Agency Marketing to join the Global Business Marketing team.
What you’ll do:
Contribute to the global marketing strategy to educate our Agency Partners about the Snapchat business ecosystem and ensure they understand the value Snapchat provides for their clients and brands
Recommend and deliver marketing programs that inspire our Agency Partners to develop innovative solutions and drive adoption of them
Develop marketing campaigns across multiple channels including digital learning management systems (i.e. Snap Focus), marketing events, agency takeovers, agency ambassador programs, and more.
Manage the day-to-day execution of the Agency marketing plan and associated projects, assisting the Global Head of Agency Marketing in setting priorities and accomplishing assigned tasks in a timely manner
Build strong working relationships with leaders across Snapchat’s Global Solutions Team (Agency, Brands, Ads Partner, Video Solutions), Creative Strategy, and Product Marketing Teams Team, Global Brands Team and Global Business Solutions Teams
Work cross-functionally with the rest of the global business marketing team to ensure we’re leveraging successful agency initiatives across markets.
Author briefs and partner with internal and external creative partners to design and launch campaigns
Identify the right levers behind successful marketing content and iterate on those learnings
Develop and maintain best-in-class collateral (e.g. emails, cases studies/success stories, presentation documents, multi-sheets) that supports the Agency teams’ always-on education needs and demonstrate the value of Snapchat to clients (at Agency Roadshows, Workshops, Top 2 Top Meetings, etc).
Manage quarterly priorities and content development life cycles to ensure timely delivery of material
Monitor the competitive space, industry news and trends to understand marketplace opportunities
Report on and analyze results, identify opportunities for optimization, and recommend future campaign iterations to improve performance
Knowledge, Skills & Abilities:

Ability to engage all levels of the organization, with excellent relationship management abilities/strong interpersonal communication skills
Ability to handle conflict appropriately, know when to delegate issues cross-functionally, and when to apply common sense
Excellent organization skills, acute attention to detail, ability to handle multiple tasks in a fast-paced and time sensitive environment
Excellent written and verbal skills, and a strong sense of professionalism
Ability to initiate and drive projects to completion with minimal guidance, and to work independently as well as collaboratively in a team environment
Ability to effectively plan and manage projects for on-time delivery
Demonstrated ability to use data to inform decision making and improve results
Experience guiding creative production of campaigns, printed collateral, presentations, websites, videos, and other marketing materials
Experience thinking creatively, communicating and presenting to large groups
Minimum Qualifications:
Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience
Keynote presentation development experience
7+ years of relevant experience in marketing or content strategy and development, with at least 3 years working at, or with, advertising agencies
Preferred Qualifications:
Experience engaging at an executive level with cross-functional groups
Experience presenting to senior executives
Experience marketing digital learning management systems
