What We Need:
As a Campaign Operations Analyst, you will be the driving force behind the launch and execution of all Yieldmo advertising campaigns. Primarily, you will work closely with the Account Management team to understand our clients’ goals, and then execute a smooth and seamless campaign experience from start to finish.
In addition, you will apply your analytical skills to help impact the overall operational strategy of Yieldmo as a whole. You will come up with creative and efficient solutions to make our advertising operations scale as quickly as our customer-base, developing processes and automated methods for doing things faster and more accurately.
Your Responsibilities:
- Organize creative assets, structure and set up campaigns, work with 3rd party tracking vendors for performance tracking, troubleshoot technical issues, and ensure that proper campaign targeting, budgeting, and pacing are in place
- Set up and provide performance reporting to clients as needed
- Optimize campaigns to improve advertiser value and increase scale by performing pricing and inventory analysis
- Analyze campaigns to find creative ways to improve performance and provide suggestions to Account Managers for strategic growth opportunities
- Design and implement the operational strategies that drive Yieldmo’s advertising growth and efficiency
Who You Are & What Makes You Qualified:
- BA or BS degree with at least 2-5 years of analytical experience preferred
- A self starter who loves to learn new concepts and technologies
- Someone who is skilled in analyzing and organizing large/complex data
- A multi-tasker who can handle many projects at the same time within tight deadlines
- Experience within the digital advertising ecosystem and programmatic advertising
- SQL knowledge a plus
- Strong analytical, communication and organizational skills
- Entrepreneurial spirit
- Strong creative and strategic thinking skills
