Job Description
Job Summary:
Advanced Media Solutions is a centralized function of expert practitioners, experienced and familiar with the intricacies of Paid Media, responsible for modernization through interoperability. This Implementation Lead sits within the AMS department and reports into the People & Process and Platform & Tools AMS heads. You will be accountable for ensuring quality, consistency, and accuracy of cross departmental outputs by being the connection point between our larger Paid Media team, department specific AMS Implementation leads, and the AMS department heads.
Job Responsibilities:

  • Be the connection point for cross departmental workstreams and support inter-departmental discussions as this expert when necessary
  • Manage new hire onboarding, leveraging R&Rs, tech requirements, key stakeholder contact lists, and any additional knowledge sharing for new hires joining the firm
  • Enforce workflow management, flagging friction points across departments and teams and contribute to problem solving
  • Future-proof workflows for the department by leveraging tech and automation capabilities
  • Track controls/procedures discussions and lead/delegate deliverables as needed
  • Templatize workstreams for the department for proper tracking and consistency
  • Project manage executive level deliverables, including: BURs, OKRs, capacity planning, Finance reviews, etc.


Qualifications and Skills:

  • 4+ years of marketing experience in paid media. Experience in Paid Media a plus.
  • Experience in Financial services and/or highly regulated category preferred
  • Creative problem solver who can lead team members to utilize a similar mindset and approach
  • Excellent relationship skills, highly collaborative; can build rapport and credibility, and can deliver on actionable change
  • Exceptional partnering skills required to navigate a large organization
