Summary

We are looking for a creative and ambitious Digital Marketing Manager who is passionate about simplifying healthcare and eager to develop and implement results-driven marketing campaigns that support Ribbon’s goals. You will work closely with the marketing team, specifically demand generation and content marketing roles, to execute on Ribbon’s campaign strategies and look for opportunities to optimize and grow digital channels. You will also play a role in managing our marketing team’s tech stack and analytics to help share learnings cross-functionally and impact business goals.

  • You are drawn to creative execution and ways to optimizing marketing ROI and effectiveness 
  • You have experience in digital marketing, across paid advertising, email marketing, social media, web, as well as marketing measurement and analysis (B2C marketing is okay with us!) 

Your day-to-day

  • Develop digital marketing campaigns to drive leads: Leverage all digital channels across email, advertising, website, etc. to execute on our campaign goals. 
  • Create organic and paid acquisition strategies: Define our acquisition strategy, analyze metrics in each approach to ensure success, tweak where necessary. 
  • Experiment with new channel approaches: Look for opportunities to grow our funnel and try things we haven’t done before. 
  • Drive industry best-in-class metrics: Help establish our digital marketing KPIs, own improving on these metrics, and push us all to deliver a best in class digital marketing function. 
  • Own Ribbon’s website and social media strategy: Help us improve our website and drive traffic and conversions. Manage our social media accounts and campaigns.
