Channel Marketing Manager

About the role:
The Channel Marketing Manager will work closely with the Channel and Partnerships team and wider Marketing team to help build and activate channel marketing initiatives. It's a great opportunity to support across strategy, development and execution for all channel marketing activities. Channel partnerships is a vital part of the business, generating a significant proportion of the company's revenue; and you’ll be involved in finding effective ways to promote the brand, integrations and product among our channel, Master Agent, integration, referral and reseller partners.
What you'll do:
- Lead Channel/Partner Marketing Programs – Develop and manage Channel and Partner marketing strategy, plan and budget to achieve pipeline, revenue objectives, and partnership goals, in alignment with Channel, Partnerships, and Marketing strategy. Be the expert in B2B Channel activities
- Plan and Execute Channel/Partner Marketing Initiatives – Create strategy, collaborate, and plan with other teams in Marketing and Channel/Partner Sales teams. Integrate channel marketing initiatives with North America field marketing quarterly plans
- Drive Channel Program and Aircall Branding and Awareness – Increase awareness of and participation in our Channel/Partner Program through campaigns. Ensure all Channel/partner campaigns adhere to Aircall’s brand standards across all communication channels
- Build Partner Content – Support the Marketing and Partnership teams with marketing collateral/content, pitch decks, product demos, case studies and point of sale materials. Develop campaign in a box content for Channel/Partners to co-brand and market
- Co-create Strategy and Insights – Analyze market and company data alongside channel/partner strategies to define opportunities, audiences, objectives, processes, marketing channels and priorities to improve marketing effectiveness. Work closely with Channel and Partnership Sales team to understand their needs and identify opportunities to build on marketing plans
- Be an owner - Set the metrics, analyze data, and be accountable to achieving the channel/partnership pipeline and revenue
What you'll bring:
- 5 years or more of experience in B2C/B2B enterprise software or SaaS
- Experience in developing fully integrated marketing plans with the focus on the Channel/Partners/Master Agents
- The ability to ‘own’ and influence the situation and key meetings, being the subject matter expert, and driving the plan to completion
- Good analytical skills to analyze the data to optimize/maximize the marketing plans in real time
- Experience in Social/Digital Media
- Positive, energetic attitude and initiative, with a strong work ethic
- Proactive self-starter, solution finder to find and take on new projects that support team and channel marketing goals
- Ability to effectively set priorities, handle multiple projects and follow through on deadlines with minimal supervision, a keen attention to detail and in a fast-paced environment
- Experience in product marketing, partner marketing, channel partnerships or lead/demand generation
- Experience in marketing with Master Agents is a plus!
