Bizzabo is excited to be looking for our first Brand & Communications Manager who will oversee and evolve our brand presence, public relations initiatives, employer image and narrative. This person will have the unique opportunity to work closely with our executive leadership and marketing team to develop our positioning and public relations strategies.

What you’ll be doing:

• Capture and communicate what the Bizzabo brand stands for
• Translate Bizzabo’s goals and priorities into messaging and positioning
• Plan integrated brand campaigns from start to finish (research, briefs, conception, creative development, media plans, and measurement)
• Create internal resources—guidelines, materials, processes—for our employees to tell the Almanac story
• Act as a trusted partner to the company’s Senior Leadership Team, acting as counsel on media relations, thought leadership (including talks at conferences and webinars), and internal communications
• You will manage PR-agencies relationships in order to drive them towards maximum results 
• You are comfortable in a newly created role. This is the company’s first dedicated Communications leader - you can help shape what this role is from the start

Who you are:

• You have 5-8 years of PR and communications experience within tech/SaaS organizations
• You are an expert communicator: you are comfortable ideating, writing, and editing
• You have your finger on the pulse of media trends and media consumption habits
• You have experience working for a PR Agency strongly preferred - must have experience working with PR Agencies
• You have a solid grasp on internal communications best practices, with experience working in partnership with an HR/People team on company communications cadences (emails, town halls, etc.)
• You do well in a fast-paced, deadline driven environment, having worked on projects that sometimes required a rapid-response approach
• You have a proven expertise with crafting strategic messaging that's impactful and results-oriented
• You are a superb writer, editor and storyteller 
• You know how to translate raw ideas into amazing presentations & visuals
• You thrive in a fast-paced, ever changing environment
