Community (Events) Contractor at Peloton
THE ROLE:
Peloton's Membership team is responsible for:
- Ensuring a seamless, on-brand experience throughout the end-to-end Member journey
- Deploying tailored engagement and retention efforts to drive usage and minimize churn
- Providing personalized and elevated support for our Members whenever they need assistance
RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Support and execute Member events that will keep our community engaged and delighted, including the annual “Peloton Homecoming”
- Partner closely with the Peloton studio and showroom teams to formulate various community engagement opportunities
- Monitor Member sentiment, acknowledge feedback, and resolve queries specifically for Homecoming and other community events
- Collaborate with Senior Community Specialist to develop event calendar for our community
PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS & SKILLS
- Self-starter who is able to think quickly and work well with their team
- Excellent communication and time management skills
- Exceptional attention to detail
- Experience in face-to-face community/organization support or service
- Some experience in social media and/or community management
- Flexibility to deal with people at a variety of levels, both internally and externally
