We are looking for a Community Management Associate to join the Bizzabo Customer Education team. The Customer Education team is responsible for our one-to-many education strategy, from creating help center documentation, to in-product walkthroughs and of course, community management.

You’ll be helping Bizzabo clients find their way to event success through active community development and moderation. You’ll be engaging our audience of thousands of event professionals in our private, client only community.

Bizzabo is the only event success platform for in-person, virtual, and hybrid events. Bizzabo’s all-in-one event software helps companies measure, manage, and scale events towards key business outcomes—empowering every organizer, marketer, exhibitor, and attendee to unleash the power of professional events. Bizzabo powers events for brands like Amazon, Electronic Arts, Financial Times, Forbes, Siemens, and Salesforce to name a few. The company was founded by Boaz Katz, Alon Alroy, and Eran Ben-Shushan, and has hundreds of Bizzaboers working around the globe.

What you’ll be doing:

  • Develop a community advocacy program that rewards clients for proactive engagement in our community, BizzaKnowledge
  • Assume the voice and identity of the Bizzabo brand to our clients through active forum management
  • Identify and nurture BizzaChamps within the community, by connecting them with our Product, Marketing and Executive teams so we can learn from one another
  • Lead our clients to event success by connecting them with the right resources
  • Manage our product feedback board, delivering key insights to the Education, Success and Product teams
  • Identify themes and opportunity areas for BizzaKnowledge content creation

Who you are:

  • 1 - 3 years in community management, social media management, support, event marketing or equivalent experience. We are taking applications with non-traditional backgrounds, so please apply if you have a great story to tell!
  • We Dare - You’ll have the latitude create processes for both our customers and colleagues. You’re ready to innovate, build and get things wrong from time to time
  • Empathy - you’re working with customers who are running time bound, live events. Your ability to be empathetic and help clients to event success is key
  • Killer writing skills - your work will primarily be in written English, so some flair with your writing will go a long way
  • A mind for tech - you’ll need to understand the tools our clients use in order to provide guidance and best practices. Whilst you don’t need a tech background, a mind for the tricky is necessary!

Location

Our office is located in the Flatiron District. Our energetic culture extends beyond the office and into the neighborhood of trendy bars/shops. Bizzabo also has offices in Israel, London, Montreal and Kiev.
