Addepar is seeking a customer-minded Marketing Manager to support several strategic client and network advocacy programs. Reporting to the Sr. Manager of Corporate Marketing, this role provides the opportunity for a creative, self-starter to work cross-functionally with Sales, Account Management, Product, Partnerships and clients to manage key deliverables of our community marketing programs. 

This is a multi-disciplinary role that requires an individual to be comfortable wearing hats ranging from strategic program creation and development, creative storytelling and drive deep engagement with the community to further unlock value with Addepar.

The ideal candidate will have a strong track record in developing unique ideas, original content, and editorial strategies that impact the greater Addepar community that align with the corporate brand look, feel and messaging. Experience collaborating cross-functionally and building consensus among internal and external stakeholders in an entrepreneurial, high-expectation environment is essential.

Role Responsibilities 

  • Drive community strategy, development, growth and engagement.
  • Conceive, develop and build engaging content including (but not limited to): client testimonials, client newsletters, presentations, webinars and surveys.
  • Manage a spectrum of client marketing initiatives as needed, including client meetups, advisory boards, referral programs, etc. with a keen focus on driving retention, growth and referrals.
  • Manage content projects with third-party vendors and internal stakeholders.
  • Work closely with the greater marketing organization to ensure alignment on messaging and campaign needs.
  • Strategic project oversight with various internal and external stakeholders managing to achieve program delivery excellence.
  • Understand the social presence of the brand and continuously suggest ways to better position Addepar.
  • Support the development of a robust measurement plan to ensure that the client marketing programs are evaluated correctly and demonstrates business impact.
  • Continuous ideation and comfortability working with minimum structure while helping define process and structure for various key initiatives.

Qualifications

  • 3-5 years of experience (ideally 3 years in a fast-paced B2B startup environment)
  • Experience and comfort working closely with clients
  • Strong track record of managing multiple projects and key programs at a time
  • Adept at anticipating client needs, thinking on-the-fly, and providing tactical counsel when called upon
  • Demonstrated track record of autonomy, maturity, ability to multitask, planning and organization
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
