The Role:

Reporting to the Director of Product Marketing & Competitive Insights, the CI Manager - RFP will drive DailyPay’s market share growth by leading competitive proposals. The CI Manager - RFP will be responsible for owning high-level strategy and workflow when partnering with the sales team to develop proposals, as well as working with the CI Associate - RFP to write proposals.

How You Will Make an Impact:

  • Lead our RFP team, maintaining DailyPay’s leading position in the market
  • Drive product positioning strategy for competitive proposals, incorporating insights from competitive analysis and industry best practices
  • Manage communication across the marketing, sales, PST and legal teams to ensure competitive market initiatives are executed, meeting internal and external deadlines
  • Contribute to product marketing proposals, explaining complex technical concepts in plain English
  • Communicate regularly to senior leadership and teamwide on project progress
  • Support Sales Enablement team strategic efforts
  • Offer product positioning support for webinars and conference planning


What You Bring to The Team:

  • Bachelor's Degree or GED
  • 5+ years of Marketing experience – preferably experience positioning products in a competitive environment
  • Experience partnering with a Sales team preferred
  • Proven experience establishing and optimizing workflow in a highly collaborative environment
  • Excellent time management and project management skills
  • Demonstrated writing, communication & critical thinking skills
  • Fiercely collaborative, unapologetically competitive
