• What you will be doing:
  • In the Consulting Services Manager role, you’ll lead multi-million dollar customer engagements, with responsibility for organizing internal teams and developing enduring, trusted, and profitable relationships with your customers.
  • You’ll play a key role in evolving Neustar in building our team, managing, and mentoring the next generation of Neustar leaders.
  • You’ll build your network with the top marketing leadership in major companies across virtually all industries. You’ll work to reveal the business drivers of the Fortune 500, while developing expertise at the intersection of big data, marketing, and consulting.
  • Our work is not just about delivering a project and moving on to the next challenge. Instead, it’s about delivering an evolving stream of value and enabling fact-based decision making.

• What we would love to see:
  • 6+ years’ experience in addressable advertising, media planning, marketing consulting, or data strategy anywhere across the industry (sell-side, buy-side, agency, or technology).
  • Experience explicitly using and/or building strategy with technology such as: ad servers, tag management systems, site/app analytics tools, any of the following ESPs, DSPs, PMDs, DMPs, CDPs, CRM systems, market research tools, or other similar solutions that help companies understand and interact with consumers.
  • Telling stories with and thinking creatively with numbers.
  • Desire to develop relationships with clients and understand how to help them succeed.
  • You are a thought leader that can construct points-of-view; develop use cases; and see the big picture.
  • People management a plus, but not necessary.
  • Previous industry participation (publications, panels, company representative to trade groups/advisory boards) is interesting, but not necessary.
  • Any level of skill with coding languages, SQL suites, or BI visualization platforms is interesting, but not necessary.
