We are looking for a highly driven and resourceful Content Marketing Manager to join the Marketing team to contribute to efforts across the Go-to-Market organization to help generate leads, drive pipeline, increase revenue, and exceed our goals  Reporting to our VP of Marketing, this person will lead our content marketing strategy and execute with the rest of the marketing team.  

We’re open to remote candidates or someone who’d be based in one of our US office locations - ideally in New York.

What you’ll do:

  • Develop and refine a content marketing strategy to communicate the value of our offerings and the challenges of relevant industry topics
  • Use data to influence the content strategy and prioritization; report on and learn from email and content performance on an ongoing basis to ensure campaigns are meeting engagement metrics and efforts have a direct impact on ROI
  • Write/edit white papers, ebooks, guides, other long-form content
  • Create content, including case studies, blog posts, sales collateral, and more.
  • Develop webinar content in concert with internal and external industry experts, and the create promotional materials to drive attendance
  • Optimize website content and blogs to rank well and drive traffic, engagement, and leads.
  • Organize digital and physical materials so that internal teams have easy access to our collateral, brochures, and swag.
  • Ensure Onna’s brand standards are upheld throughout all marketing assets.
  • Continuously learn more about our product and what's driving results for our customers.
  • Understand buyer personas, competitive landscape and ensure our go-to-market strategy is represented at an enterprise scale.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams such as design, product marketing, and comms on different projects

Who you are: 

  • Bachelor's Degree or equivalent experience
  • 5+ years of experience in content marketing in B2B Tech SaaS company, ideally focused on corporate legal and IT audiences
  • Demonstrable proficiency with long-form and short-form promotional content
  • Experience with CRM and marketing automation solutions (we currently use Salesforce.com and HubSpot).
  • Experience with Google Suite for business, including Gmail, Google Drive, Google Calendar.
  • Solid understanding of marketing fundamentals, including marketing / sales funnel, personas, campaign-level KPIs, etc.
  • Proven success working with tight deadlines and turnaround times.
