About the role:
We’re seeking a Content Marketing Manager to spearhead the development and implementation of Cohley’s content strategy. The Content Marketing Manager will report to our Director of Marketing, and will have responsibilities including but not limited to:
- Aligning with Cohely’s Customer Success, Partnerships, Product, and Sales teams in order to proactively build out Cohley’s content calendar
- Working with Cohley’s SEO agency to identify relevant topics to create articles around
- Partnering with Cohley’s SEM agency, paid social agency, and designer to develop ad copy and creative
- Owning the research for, creation of, and promotion of Cohley’s Reel it In podcast
- Preparing Cohley’s monthly “Fresh Catch” newsletter
- Supporting the broader Cohley team’s presence at virtual and in-person events
Requirements:
- 3-5 years of relevant experience
- Ability to balance competing priorities in a fast paced environment
- Creativity - Cohley’s brand and voice are fun, funny, and clever
- Excellent grammar, punctuation, and spelling skills
- Demonstrated ability to work productively with counterparts in a cross-functional capacity
- Editorial mindset that seeks to understand what audiences consume and how to create it
- Podcasting experience is a strong plus, but not required
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, English, Communications, Journalism, or related field
