Bodhala is looking for a Content Marketing Manager to join our fast-growing marketing team. The person coming into this role will be responsible for driving the company’s messaging and creating compelling content for a variety of audiences and channels to drive awareness, growth, demand, acquisition, and retention. The ideal candidate will be a masterful storyteller, love current events, thrives in a fast-growing environment, and has a data-driven approach to content strategy.

 

Reporting to the Director of Brand Marketing, and working closely with the rest of the marketing team, the Content Marketing Manager will play a critical role in supporting the delivery of efforts that support the broader marketing and business goals.

Responsibilities

 

Content Strategy & Development

  • Create and analyze reports to determine a piece of content’s performance

  • Use data to influence the content strategy and prioritization

  • Produce compelling sales-enablement content as well as engaging storytelling content that effectively establishes Bodhala’s industry authority and demonstrates a true understanding of our audiences and its needs

  • Lead and own content production for B2B content across a variety of channels including the website, blog, email, advertisements, direct mail, case studies, research reports, white papers, and more

  • Ensure clear and consistent messaging across all channels, driving brand awareness and effectively articulating the company value prop to each of our audiences

 

Content Ideation

  • Ability to conduct effective and relevant research in order to develop case studies, white papers, research reports, blogs, and more

  • Collaborate with key marketing team members and subject matter experts across teams to leverage expertise and thought leadership

  • Ability to interpret analytics and measure the effectiveness of content created in order to build a reporting practice and recreate successful initiatives

 

Project Management

  • Maintain Bodhala’s content marketing calendar and ensure we are taking advantage of key moments in time (e.g., Case Rulings, Big Law News, Legal Tech Trends)

  • Manage a team of freelance writers to support the company’s needs

 

First 30 Days

  • Get to know the business through informational interviews with members across the organization

  • Understand the 6-month marketing plan

  • Set individual KPIs for the next 6 months

  • Familiarize yourself with current marketing materials

 

First 60 Days

  • Strategize how to support the marketing plan

  • Take ownership of the content calendar

 

First 90 Days

  • Manage resources across internal and external teams to ensure timely delivery of projects

  • Create a best-in-class content engine that predictably and scalably delivers content on time and under budget
