Bluecore is looking for a creative Content Marketing & Enablement Manager to join our marketing team. Reporting to the Director of Content Marketing & Integrated Planning, this person will play a critical role in helping cement Bluecore’s thought leadership in the retail marketing space and successfully nurture prospects and customers to grow the business.

Content Creation Responsibilities

  • Help manage and mature a robust content marketing program to position Bluecore for accelerated growth
  • Own the Bluecore blog, including developing and maintaining an editorial calendar as well as writing, editing and publishing blog posts
  • Collaborate with cross-functional subject matter experts to solicit ideas and develop thought leadership and how-to content featuring a variety of voices and perspectives
  • Create snackable, spin off content from larger marketing pieces to make them accessible for various audiences across different formats, such as lookbooks, guides, infographics, short videos and branded customer stories
  • Collaborate with partnerships team to create co-marketing pieces with key partners
  • Partner closely with design team to bring content to life in unique and engaging formats

Content Management Responsibilities

  • Regularly optimize existing content to ensure Bluecore tells a fresh, cohesive message and continues to enhance performance
  • Develop content for and track the interests of different types of retail buyers, including CMOs/CFOs/CTOs, VPs of eCommerce/Digital and Email Marketing/Digital/CRM Managers
  • Review content for freshness to ensure it remains timely and on-message
  • Evaluate content performance data and make adjustments to content accordingly
  • Collaborate closely with the demand gen team to manage and maintain content for key campaigns, including monthly newsletters and customer marketing nurture streams

Content Enablement and Planning Responsibilities

  • Lead a dedicated content enablement program to ensure sales and customer success teams are aware of new content and know how/when to use it effectively
  • Host internal training sessions to introduce new content to sales and customer success teams to help them use it effectively and deliver a coordinated message
  • Support and lead quarterly Bluecore Editorial Board meetings designed to gather content ideas and feedback from cross-functional stakeholders
  • Manage internal content library to properly tag content for the target audience and make content easily discoverable for sales and customer success teams

Qualifications

  • 2-4 years of relevant content and/or customer marketing experience
  • BA in marketing, communications or journalism preferred
  • Strong writing, communication, creative thinking and project management skills
  • Highly detail oriented
  • Experience in Wordpress preferred, experience in Influitive a plus
  • Background in retail/email marketing/Bluecore preferred
