We are looking for a results-driven Content Strategy Manager to join our Consumer Solutions team, focusing on the development and implementation of a multichannel content strategy. The ideal candidate will manage the consumer content strategy and process from concept to execution to build awareness, drive engagement with One Drop users and new customers, and audience retention. Reporting to our Director of Retention Marketing, this person will be a key partner in creating, planning, prioritizing, and measuring the efficacy of our consumer content. A successful person in this role will work collaboratively across teams to bring this strategy to life.

You'll make an impact by:

• Manage consumer editorial calendar, partnering with core brand and content teams to shape content strategy
• Manage vendors and cross-functional stakeholders that craft content for digital channels in support of One Drop's consumer offering
• Refining and improving upon customer marketing vision, develop and execute a consumer content strategy to engage One Drop users and new customers
• Collaborate with core marketing and content teams to grow and curate One Drop’s consumer content library across multiple content formats and sources
• Leverage content from core marketing and content teams to position One Drop as a premier destination for tracking and managing health and chronic conditions
• Set KPIs and goals to measure impact of consumer content strategy against business objectives

You'll bring:

• 4+ years in content strategy for a DTC organization or similar
• Proven success in content strategy development and measurement of content programs
• Understanding of the digital health industry
• Excellent project management and communication skills
