We’re hiring a Content Marketing Specialist to join the Marketing Team in our New York City office. Reporting to the Head of Content, you’ll be responsible for planning and producing smart and engaging content that tells the Onna story and attracts new B2B leads.


What you’ll do:

  • Write, post, and report on content, including webinars, that helps our target customers solve problems, answer common questions, and engage with our products.
  • Collaborate with the Content Team to maintain a robust editorial calendar.  
  • Create, proofread, and edit copy for various marketing channels, ensuring a clear, consistent voice.
  • Conduct research and identify trends in eDiscovery, compliance, and information governance.
  • Help create effective cross-channel marketing campaigns across social media, email marketing, webinars, and more.


Who you are:

  • A wordsmith: You have a knack for making complex topics easy and enjoyable to digest.
  • A curious communicator: You’ve never met a topic you didn’t want to learn more (and tell everyone else) about.
  • A grammar snob: You have an opinion on em dashes — and you’re not afraid to use it.
  • An open-minded experimenter: You love to bring new ideas to the table and thrive in an environment that encourages testing and iteration.


Ideally you also have:

  • Basic SEO knowhow, including keyword research and Google Analytics
  • Experience running paid and organic social media strategies
  • Email marketing familiarity, including A/B testing
