About the Role
The Content Marketing Specialist will create engaging content that helps HR professionals nationwide. As a creative go-getter, you will help the marketing team redefine HR. You will strategize and execute on a wide range of initiatives, all with an eye toward team-wide goals. Content marketing is a critical (and award-winning!) tool in driving Namely’s continued growth, and you will play a central part. You will work on a highly collaborative team, reporting to the Sr. Manager, Content & Communications.

Responsibilities
- Produce compelling, best-in-class content that takes a wide range of forms (blogs, webinars, videos, ebooks, etc.)
- Lead the charge into new content channels through thoughtful strategy and execution
- Create content that increases traffic and conversion
- Understand and implement best practices in SEO
- Become well-versed in HR topics
- Pitch in with additional marketing collateral and messaging projects, as needed
Requirements:
- Phenomenal writer, with a crisp style and keen eye for detail
- Self-starter, not afraid to bring new ideas to the table
- Highly organized, able to seamlessly manage multiple projects and meet deadlines
- Quick learner, who can gain subject matter expertise in HR
- Networker, ready to build relationships to drive content forward
- Passionate about marketing, always looking for ways to better share our product with the world
Nice to Haves:
- Multimedia experience (video, podcast, etc.)
- Background in SEO
- HR-industry experience
- Experience writing research reports (i.e. translating data into engaging content)
- Experience with Squarespace, Hubspot
