WHAT YOU’LL DO

• Be part of the Talent Acquisition Marketing team focused on attracting talented professionals to our North America business. You will also be part of our wider global Talent Acquisition Marketing community of 30+ peers
• With hiring demand at significant levels, you will work the TA Marketing team on a variety of existing and new projects
• Develop and drive our alumni program to create a community with our ex-EPAMers and engage them with career opportunities to potentially return to EPAM
• Support communications for our North America employee referral program including improving how we engage EPAMers at onboarding and with various events and campaigns
• Lead and participate in a range of other marketing initiatives on Glassdoor and Beamery, plus with employee advocacy and social media campaigns
• Create and edit short videos to showcase and promote our most significant in-demand skillsets
• Collaborate with multiple stakeholders including the Talent Acquisition team plus the Global Marketing team including our Brand and Content teams
• Lead and execute projects, including developing a clear project brief and plan, and managing a project through to completion
• Proactively recommend new ways we can identify, attract and engage with candidates

REQUIREMENTS

• 4+ years working in a Marketing role
• Desire to work in a fast-paced challenging environment
• Experience and comfort working with talent acquisition platforms such as LinkedIn, Glassdoor, and other job boards, plus a variety of marketing tools including email and social media marketing platforms, content management systems, video editing tools, and analytics platforms
• Experience with Marketo, SmashFly, Pardot, Hubspot, Beamery or similar
• Ability to manage multiple tasks, projects and stakeholders at one time. Project management experience is a plus
• Exceptional attention to detail, grammar and spelling, and strong communication skills
• Demonstrated strong organization and prioritization skills
• Ability to work independently and with minimal instruction
