WHAT WE'RE LOOKING FOR
We’re looking for a multifaceted, collaborative Copywriter to work on everything from site copy and content to global marketing materials to social posts to event collateral to email nuture flows. You will have a contributor role and will partner with your fellow Creative Studio and Marketing Team members to drive ideation that activates Braze’s branding voice and vision to achieve the company’s business goals of driving Sales of our innovative technology.
WHAT YOU'LL DO
- Bring creativity, attention to detail and efficiency while working under tight deadlines and multiple projects simultaneously.
- Work closely with team members throughout the creative process from concept generation to final implementation.
- Explore and conceptualize copy solutions that maintain Braze’s brand through various channels
- Expertly simplify complex and technical concepts into audience engaging messaging
- Ability to work autonomously and as part of a team in a fast-paced, creative environment.
- Be enthusiastic, proactive and eager to learn new skills
- Collaborate to help elevate the quality and production level of the work coming out of the creative team.
- Contribute to the development of the creative team's culture and quality standards
- Demonstrated ability to communicate effectively verbally and in writing with a team, and leadership.
WHO YOU ARE
- 3+ years of professional copywriting experience
- BFA/BA/BS in Advertising, Writing, English, or related field
- A strong portfolio that demonstrates versatility and a broad range of copywriting knowledge and skills
- Experience creating content heavy collateral such as books or magazines
- Knowledge of SEO fundamentals, including meta tags
- Experience with A/B testing, especially with emails
- Experience writing for and/or knowledge of marketing, martech, SaaS and b2b
- Experience writing for large and/or distinguished b2c brands a must
