Creative Agency Development Lead
We are looking for a Creative Agency Lead to join Team Snapchat! You'll build and manage relationships with multiple Creative Agencies to help them expand their capabilities in AR and Vertical Video, better understand our audience, and fully leverage their digital presence on Snapchat. Working from our New York, NY office, you'll need to be strategic, have great presentation and people skills, the ability to manage many projects at once, and a deep understanding of the digital advertising world.
What you’ll do:
Firmly establish Snapchat as a leading brand-building and business-driving platform in the eyes of multiple Agency constituents
Act as the primary point of contact, escalation point and thought leader for your Creative Agencies in the US
Develop and deliver education & inspiration focused meetings that have an impact on creative, strategy, and production roles in the Agency
Develop status as a trusted peer by leadership at the Creative Agencies
Conduct periodic business reviews with Agency leadership and important constituencies
Understand Agency’s businesses and develop appropriate solutions to meet their needs
Provide best-in-class client service and partnership across all facets of Agency
Drive growth via a strategic focus on top accounts
Work collaboratively with Global Agency Leads and Creative Strategists drive revenue growth with new and existing customers
Track performance across the Agency portfolio in the US and determine corrective measures where needed
Knowledge, Skills & Abilities:
Experience in sales and marketing in a sales/commission-based role to advertising agencies
Ability to influence and communicate cross-functionally
Ability to build relationships at the C-level across the business both internally and externally with market reputation
Understanding of Snapchat value proposition, and the ability to describe technical or complicated ideas into plain language
Minimum Qualifications:
BS/BA degree or equivalent years of experience
10+ years of marketing, brand advertising, agency and/or online advertising experience leading businesses or accounts
Exceptional communication and presentation skills
Ability to influence and communicate cross-functionally
Preferred Qualifications:
Experience working as Account Leads, leveraging contacts and growing revenue through the development of relationshipsExperience in a highly dynamic, rapidly changing environment
Direct agency management experience
Experience in working for matrix organizations & ability to win the support of key internal cross-functional stakeholders
