We’re looking for a Creative Agency Lead to help drive comprehension and inspiration with the agency community. The creative potential on Pinterest is limitless and exciting. Through your relationships and programs, you will help transform the way agency executives and teams think about the platform as a place to innovate, tell stories and drive results for their clients. You’ll be an important leader within our Creative Strategy team, helping influence the best ideas that connect pinners with the brands and businesses that help them discover and do what they love.

What you’ll do

• Build and maintain creative agency executive relationships to drive share of mind and platform comprehension
• Create new opportunities for Creative Strategists to educate agencies at scale and collaborate on ideas for their clients
• Partner with Media Agency team for greater efficiency and impact with top holding companies
• Educate Pinterest sales, marketing and product teams on creative agency landscape and market trends
• Collaborate with internal XFN teams to bring in the right resources and deliver on strategic opportunities, including new product launches

What we’re looking for

• 8+ years of digital marketing and creative agency experience
• Existing network of strong relationships within creative agency community
• Passion for world-class advertising that challenges the status quo and drives results
• Appreciation and understanding of how creative agency relationships and ideas lead to generating business
• Excellent communication & presentation skills
