about the role:
This is an exciting one. nate has done a lot within paid influencer marketing, and now we’re launching into the creator economy itself. nate lists are a natural product fit for creators - a simple, engaging way to recommend products to their audience, and now: monetized. We’re launching a new program for creators that allows them to get rewarded for purchases made from their lists, ANY items. From ANY brands.
You will report to the Head of the Creator Program and will own marketing and scaling the program - from helping to coordinate initiatives such as events for creators, creating an outreach plan, establishing relationships with creators and onboarding them into the program.
You don’t shy away from a challenge, and constantly strives for improvement across everything you do. You are eager to learn, willing to roll up your sleeves, a team player, and someone who is excited about new, dynamic initiatives.
what you'll do:
- Help manage, market and help grow a best-in-class creator program.
- Keep up with trends within social and the influencer world, and transform those insights into actionable business and product tactics.
- Work with the consumer and growth teams on supporting across different tactic verticals (events, paid influencers, paid media)
- Own the outreach targets, goals and execution plan. Responsible for identifying, sourcing and maintaining relationships with key creators and onboarding them into the program benefits
- Reporting key insights and learnings, and funnelling them into actionable next steps on how to change and improve the Creator Program.
- Drive relationships with key talent agencies and creator economy partners.
about you:
- BA, BS and/or MA, MS in marketing, business, communications, advertising, brand management, english or journalism
- Based in NY or willing to relocate, this is an in-person opportunity in our NYC office
- 1-2+ years of experience in marketing, general management or PR, highly encouraged experience particularly in Paid Influencer Marketing or Creator Marketing (e.g. creator marketplaces, social media platforms).
- Experience in high growth stage companies, preferably in the tech, ecommerce or fintech spaces.
- Strong knowledge of the creator economy and/or influencer marketing.
- Obsessed with pop culture, branding and thinking in a consumer-first approach.
- Experience running result-driven marketing campaigns
- You are communicative and expressive, and don’t shy away from establishing connections with people
- Organization is key, you are accustomed to project management, pipeline management and communicating your work to the broader team
- You are not afraid to adapt, go with the flow and roll up your sleeves when needed
